Relocated... and it feels so good

If you're humming "Reunited and it feels so good" by Peaches and Creme right now, we should definitely be friends. ha. Forgive me but that's the way my mind rolls. In case you missed my last NLI newsletter or our last blog post "Moving Soon? Expert Decluttering Tips for a Smoother Move to Your New Home", you might not know that we've had some big life changes happen recently. A once in a lifetime opportunity came up for my husband and after much deliberation and prayerful reflection, we decided it was perfect timing, God's perfect timing in fact, with our last kid graduating high school to seize the day and go for it, albeit in a whole new state, a new city, a new community, and yes, excitedly for me especially, a new home in beautiful Bluffton, South Carolina. We recently relocated! It was a marathon summer of well-planned logistics that has us making multiple moves but we're settling in nicely (after a rough couple of weeks that I'll share with you soon in a different post) and it feels so good!

What does this mean for Nancy Lane Interiors? That's a great question, one that I'm working on now while living in a new city and state with all new different rules and regulations. While I'm figuring out all these new to me moving parts and as I redesign while settling into our new house, I've decided not to take on new full service projects in either location until at least the new year in 2027. I appreciate your patience and kind understanding.
For those of you living in Houston who are ready to make a move on your interior design dilemmas sooner rather than later, feel free to complete our contact form as I have a couple of fantastic recommendations for local interior designers who may be able to help you. For those of you in Bluffton or Houston who are amenable to project start dates in early 2027, you're also welcome to complete our contact form and I'll be in touch soon.
