I have travel on the brain and if that's wrong, I don't want to be right. The hubs and I are nailing down destinations for some fun excursions sans kids. In our perusals, I was happily reminded of the Oak Wellness Club, an invite only wellness retreat located on the grounds of the Jenni Kayne Farmhouse in upstate New York.
We previously featured the Jenni Kayne Ranch in Santa Ynez, CA, in our previous designer curated stays post and they have now cross promoted her skincare/wellness line with the interiors side of their business on a gorgeous parcel of land in Hudson Valley. They even have a sauna, pool, and cold plunge out in the open - I'm waiting with bated breath for this property to fully open to the public!
Designer Curated Stays Part Deux
Jenni Kayne brings her signature modern California vibe to the NY countryside in Hudson Valley. I don't know if anyone has coined this phrase yet, but I'm calling this California country.
Every room tells a story, and a shoppable one at that! Yes, most pieces you see below are for sale in her shop. While I can't say I'm in love with the red linen slips, they do come in two more neutral colorways and I wholeheartedly suggest they add a green as well. Wouldn't that be amazing?
Simplicity rules in furnishings, allowing the view to take center stage. The choice of materials really emphasize a warmth and coziness that will be that much more fantastic in the winter with a white wonderland outside.

The bedrooms are all very serene - monochromatic tone on tone - which I find quite relaxing. The quiet furnishings really point your attention to the outdoors and give you the mental capacity to relax and focus on the self-care rituals that would bring you to a place like this.
